FED2004 - Kurri Kurri (Lake Macquarie), NSW
The FED2004 was held on the weekend of 7th & 8th August at the Kurri Kurri Conference Centre. Western Australia were clear winners again this year, with a tight battle for second and third being fought out by South East Queensland and Zebra Finch Society of Australia. After 9 classes we were leading by 1 point but after a sensational 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the Fawn Hen class, we we behind 28 points with only 2 classes to go. We did exceptionally well in those 2 classes but at the end of the day fell 8 points short of South East Queensland.
